We are seeking a highly motivated Office Customer Service Representative with experience in CAD drawings or drafting to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales, and production, while maintaining technical accuracy in project specifications.

Position Summary:
The Office Customer Service Representative will provide outstanding customer support, process orders efficiently, and assist with technical drawings or design modifications related to corrugated packaging. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and experienced with CAD software or drafting techniques to meet customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order requests

·         Review customer specifications and assist with CAD drawings or drafting updates

·         Relay technical requirements between customers, production, and sales teams

·         Process and manage customer orders with a high level of accuracy and timeliness

·         Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and design files

·         Collaborate with design and production staff to execute packaging designs correctly

·         Provide troubleshooting support and design adjustments based on customer feedback

·         Assist with quoting, pricing, and confirming orders for custom packaging

·         Ensure adherence to industry standards and company quality guidelines

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Prior experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or packaging

·         Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) or drafting techniques

·         Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication

·         Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

·         Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy

·         High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in drafting/design is a plus
