I am Spring Cove Container’s CAD/Graphic Designer and am very enthusiastic about hunting, fishing, helping out on my family’s farm, and coaching high school football. Working with customer’s specifications, I utilize my ability to use CAD programs to design custom cartons and containers and provide exceptional service to our clients. As the first step in the process, I figure out the best way to make the cartons/containers based on the customer’s dimensions and descriptions. I work closely with the customer to design labels that incorporate their colors, logos, and artwork. Once the design is approved, it goes to the salesperson for customer approval and then on to tooling with the specifications provided.
Every day is different in my line of work, providing me exciting opportunities to work with different angles, products, and problem-solving techniques. Working for a small company is a dream come true for me, as everyone gets along well, and the close-knit environment allows me to thrive in my role.
